With You Every Step of the Way
In seven years of psychotherapy work with children, adolescents, college students, adults, and families, I have found that unhealthy levels of stress can worsen problems related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and beyond. These issues often lead to additional problems at home, school, or work and ultimately affect relationships with friends and family. Struggling with difficult life transitions may have a significant and lasting impact on the mind. It can be hard to navigate these situations or to know where to turn.
I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages to help them move forward on their path to healing and growth. I primarily utilize solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapies with clients. This allows us to identify practical ways to alleviate immediate problems and restructure thinking patterns to prevent unwanted behaviors in the future.
My primary psychotherapy experience has included working with children, teens, parents, and families. I have worked at pediatric behavioral and trauma 1 hospitals, a school for children with emotional disabilities, and a university. If you, a family member, or someone you know is struggling, please contact me so we can work out a plan together.
